The Team leader for the FAO ESAF (Food Security and Agricultural Projects
Analysis Service) in a Project Formulation Mission (PFM) on National Food
Information System (NFIS) in Eritrea. Accomplished a comprehensive draft
project document to support Eritrean NFIS at Ministry of Agriculture to
provide decision-makers from multiple sectors at internationals, national
and sub-national levels, with reliable, timely and accessible food security
and vulnerability information for the identification and characterisation of
the food insecure populations and for appropriate policy and programme
formulation monitoring and evaluation
