| Detailed
description of the project |
The global objective is to assist the Ministry of
Finance to implement its fiscal decentralization
successfully. The specific objective is to estimate
the cost of the competences transferred to local
self-government units (LSGUs) with a view to improving
the transfer systems and formulas currently used
to assign fiscal resources to LSGUs. |
