description of the project |
The
global objective was to enable the administration
of Serbia to take an active and effective role in
the preparation of financial co-operation programmes
and project financed by the EU, and in their technical
and financial implementation within the framework
of the Decentralised Implementation System (DIS). |

ICstat expert, an Internal Auditor, took on duty
in Serbia to support the Government in obtaining
the conferral of management of powers under a Decentralised
Implementation System (DIS), and to determine to
what extent the conditions for DIS were in place
and to identify specific actions, changes and improvements
