description of the project |
The
global objective was to carry out a Mid-Term Review
(MTR) of the Sudan EPA Negotiations and Implementation
Support (SENIS) project half way through the implementation
of the project, while the main purpose of the requested
MTR was to assess progress in achieving the expected
results to date as stipulated in the financing agreement
and in the Terms of Reference of MSP service contract. |

ICstat expert was engaged in the review of the actual
performance of the project, in the assessment of
the capacity of the PMU of SENIS to implement envisaged
activities, in the review of the quality and impact
of the technical assistance to support the MoFT
achieve the objectives of SENIS, in the proposal
recommendations on corrective actions. The expert
had also been in Juba to meet relevant stakeholders
of the Government of Southern Sudan. |
